Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Certification:
The abbreviation for the Gulf Cooperation Council
The seven Gulf countries include the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Yemen. GCC is a unified certification system for these seven countries, implemented for products such as automobiles, toys, home appliances, and low-voltage electrical appliances.
Since July 1, 2016, the technical regulations for low-voltage electrical equipment and supplies in the Gulf countries have officially come into effect, mandating GCC certification for some products. After the implementation of these regulations, low-voltage electrical equipment must meet the safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements of these technical regulations and affix the GC mark to be sold in member countries of the Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO). Some controlled products must be certified by a GSO-authorized third-party certification body and registered with the GSO before the GC mark can be affixed.

Saudi Arabian SASO and IECEE Certification:
SASO is the abbreviation for the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization.
IECEE certification refers to a new certification implemented in early 2018 by SASO to ensure that the standard system, quality standards, and conformity assessments issued by Saudi Arabia comply with international standards and WTO requirements. It is also known as SIRC.
For 15 major categories of goods to enter the Saudi market, a mandatory IECEE certificate is required for customs clearance in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia's IECEE is not the same as the IECEE system of the International Electrotechnical Commission!
IECEE Certified Product Range:
Lighting equipment, mobile phones, laptops and tablets, laptop chargers and adapters, car chargers, smartwatches and wristbands, wireless phone chargers, wireless headphones, mobile chargers, plug connection and disconnection, mobile power supplies, televisions and monitors, Bluetooth speakers, mobile phone batteries, dishwashers, electric water pumps.

Saudi SABER Certification:This refers to a conformity assessment plan for non-Saudi companies (i.e., companies exporting to Saudi Arabia). It is a new online application system for customs clearance certificates launched by the SASO Saudi Standards Authority. SABER is actually a web tool used for product registration, issuance, and obtaining conformity COC certificates. COC certificate = PC certificate + SC certificate or COC certificate = self-declaration certificate + SC certificate, to facilitate faster customs clearance for Saudi importers. Currently, the Saudi SABER certification covers products in categories such as electronic equipment, building materials, toys, and home appliances, and the scope of product control is constantly expanding.

Wireless Product Saudi CITC Certification:
CITC stands for Communication and Information Technology Commission. Wireless equipment entering the Saudi market needs to obtain a license from the CITC before it can be sold. After submitting the relevant information, the CITC will approve the application. After approval, the brand will receive a CoC issued by the CITC. CITC regulations require that the CoC must be held by a legal company in Saudi Arabia or abroad. CITC has set different technical requirements for different wireless devices. Most wireless devices need to meet the same standards as the EU region, namely ETSI standards. CITC does not have mandatory labeling requirements. However, CITC issued new regulations in 2018 requiring that, from September 2018 onwards, mobile phones and tablet computers must have electronic labels (as shown below).
