Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Special Equipment Safety and Energy Efficiency. The Plan proposes strengthening the public welfare attributes of testing institutions and the market attributes of inspection institutions, and comprehensively implementing inspection and testing reform measures.

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "Supplementary Technical Requirements for the Accreditation Assessment of Motor Vehicle Inspection Institutions." The motor vehicle inspection institutions mentioned in these supplementary technical requirements include institutions that conduct motor vehicle safety technical inspections and emission inspections.
